At MrMuffin'sTrains, we want to ensure your model railroading experience is top-tier; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and details about the item you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the trains or accessories in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our main warehouse facility.

  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
